Pre-formed Pipe & Boards

Gulf Perlite pre-formed pipes & boards are high-temperature, corrosion resistant, water-repellent sections, uniformly reinforced with high-strength fibers for use on systems operating up to 650 °C (1,200 °F). Our perlite molded pipe insulation covers are completely inorganic, non-combustible and meet and exceed the physical/mechanical property requirements of ASTM C610-15 Standard Specification for Molded Expanded Perlite Block and Pipe Thermal Insulation. We have recently completed the supply of 21 km’s of Gulf Perlite pre-formed pipes & boards to a major Saudi Aramco project in Jubail. We have also supplied pipe insulation solutions to the Economic City in Jizan and served demanding SABIC shut-down projects in Jubail. Our sections can be fabricated as per requirement and we can serve Qatar with short lead times from our state-of-the-art facility in Jebel Ali, Dubai.
